Tipster Sue points out that Penang's old spot on 83rd and Second has a new tenant. "Big Daddy's Diner is opening in the place of the old Penang spot. They have great tater tots and will be giving Jackson Hole and Peter's a run for their money!" Penang exited its corner location in late August and opened show five doors down the block a few weeks later.
