Bardolino To Tax. Dept: F*ck Off

A little interference from the New York State Department of Taxation -- like seizing the restaurant -- apparently won't completely halt operations at Bardolino on 78th and Second Ave.  From the comments: "I don't know any details about the closing, but I do know that I got delivery from Bardolino last night (May 29th), which has me very concerned about where the food was coming from."

A call to Bardolino confirms the restaurant is "temporarily closed" but they're routing delivery calls to sister restaurant Ecco-La, at 93rd and Third.
