How about a sign on 77th street and several other mostly residential ones up here that says "If you honk between the hours of 10pm and 9am, you will get a rock through your window from someone who lives here." These honking headcases have absolutely no regard for the families with babies and children who live on these streets.

There's already a construction permit prohibiting parking on East 77th between Park and Madison on the first half of the north side of the block, and a few diplomatic spaces the closer you get to Madison, so I guess that won't make too much of a difference. Though I wouldn't like to see them take away the few remaining spots...That block is an utter nightmare to park on in any event.
